No M9x1 thread by default?

Good morning. I'm working on turning an old drawing into a solidworks model, using Solidworks 2019. The drawing calls for an M9x1 tap. In the threads, I see some M8s and some M10s but no M9.

I tried following Javin Herrera's answer on this thread Adding a custom thread type. but I appear to have done something wrong because it throws an error that says it can't find the thread data. I'm not even sure if the process they described is still functional.

Is there an updated method for adding threads to the toolbox?

I can't really show the part because it's for work, but if it would help, I can try to show a cropped part of the drawing and/or the model as I currently have it.
