Tolerances Changing By Themselves

I just upgraded to SW2019, SP5. Today is my first real use of it and I've already encountered a serious bug that I haven't seen before. There is a new checkbox in the dimension manager panel called Link Precisions with Model. When I check this box, all of the tolerances get changed to +.035/-0. If the dimension doesn't have a tolerance and I change the tolerance to Limit, I get the same +.035/-0 limits. To make matters worse, not only is the drawing wrong, ensuring that the part will be machined incorrectly, but it also drives the incorrect tolerance down to the model.

Is this a known bug or have I once again achieved something unique? Is there a solution?

Link Precision with Model isn't new, it's been there for years.

Ticking it should mean that it updates the drawing value to match what is already existing in the model. Can you verify that your model tolerances aren't already showing +.035/-0 before you check the box?

I entered the model tolerances that I wanted, pulled the dims into the drawing, checked the Link Precision box, all tolerances changed on the drawing and model.

Works fine for me on 2019 SP5.

Just went in a part, added tolerances on a hole

Went to drawing, checked the box you spoke of, tolerances show up exactly as I put them in part.

(Drawing needs to be redone entirely so don't bother with the rest on it)
