Sweep Square Sketch on Composite Helix Wrapped Around Hourglass Shape

Hello, I have constructed a composite helix that wraps around an hourglass shape. I say composite helix because at every half revolution, the pitch changes. At the end of this composite helix curve, I created a plane, there I created a sketch (a square shape with its origin at the origin of the plane - perpendicular to the end point of the helix curve). I tried to sweep the square sketch around the composite (bi-conical) helix, however, the sketch became twisted about the composite helix guiding curve. I want the base of the square sketch to always be tangent to the outer surface of the hourglass shape and experience no twist whatsoever, or have the base of the rectangle sketch always tangent to the hourglass center axis, which I think should provide the same results. I tried using the face tangent feature, but that did not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you. I have attached the part file.
