Getting my head around sketched bends

I have a piece of plate 6mm thk with an internal bend radius of 6.6mm bent at 90 degrees. The flange length(or height) I am after is 54mm. However when I dimension the bend line at 54mm the flange height is 66mm with bend at centre line selected. I know I am missing some maths when it comes to positioning the sketch, initially and I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction for my own understanding.

By the way I am using a Kfactor of .48
