I need to know how to draw the two models (blue parts in the picture ) using Solidworks
they will be made of plastic I think
the first part could be modeled using the loft feature. Means that you create the start and end profiles with sketches and an additional path. Then use loft...
The second part is a little bit more complicated. So start with the backrest first.
Seeing as that it's utterly symmetrical you only have to make either left or right side of it and then mirror it.
Concerning the seat I would start with a sweep followed by a couple of cut-extrudes to get the indents/protrusions as well as the slope on the edges in the middle.
But no doubt there are easier and better ways, plastics aren't my thing.
Attach file here of your attempt to model the geometry.
I don't know how to start yet
How much training and experience do you have with SolidWorks?
Have you gone through the Tutorials?
Can you Attach an example of a previously completed project that illustrates your current level of proficiency with SolidWorks?

Heiko Sohnholz and Peter De Vlieger have each given you information to get you started. If that's not adequate, please see this website, especially the quote from Kevin Chandler in the second paragraph.
As Mr. Mather stated, select Tutorials from the SolidWorks Help menu and work through these.
If you haven't worked through these tutorials yet or you can't readily perform them, then the task in your image is probably beyond your capabilities and you may not even understand the terms in these replies adequately enough to advance forward.
Learn the basics first.
And if you have questions on the tutorials, post back with images and files of your progress.
And don't get discouraged, everyone responding here has been where you are now, so just persevere.
