This morning I got a key from my university to upgrade from SW 2018-2019 to 2019-2020. I backed up my settings and such, then uninstalled 2018. I went to uninstall 2019, and I'm met with this:

...and there are a LOT of files. So naturally I decided to see if I could enable downloads, and I was met with this:

The checkbox for "Download and install" is greyed out, and I am unable to select it. My school has been completely useless in the manner. Any suggestions?
