we are experiencing intermittent breaks in the connection between an end user's PDM client and the PDM server.
Certain this could be caused due to sporadic network outages, but we suspect that the network might not be the problem here and instead there is some type of malfunction in PDM that causes the network connection to break
has anyone seen the error message "(Windows Sockets error #10053: Software caused connection abort.)"?
generally speaking, the occurrences of the error happen when an action is occurring with a PDM Addin that is executing a task..sometimes additional errors about the OnCmd handler show up, indicating that the addin might be a factor...
thanks for any advice on how to troubleshoot this further and\or past experiences
