I got the link to order the DVD media back in November and received a response back that I would get a tracking number in 7 days. It's been a month now and nothing. I contacted my VAR but was told to submit a ticket with the company that's handling to distribution of the media. Now I feel I'm getting the run around. What the hell do we pay VAR's for anyway?
This crap is getting old, same crap happened last year and to add fuel to the fire we upgraded to premium this year.
