I have added some buttons in the command manager and I have added icons of size 20x20, 32x32, 40x40, 64x64, 96x96, 128x128 to each button in command manager. But the icons are not transparent. How to make the transparent icon?
The transparency mask for command manager is gray, 192,192,192
Hi Mahadev -
What file format are you using? JPG, for example, does not support transparency. You need to use a file format that supports transparency, such as PNG, and then set the background color (aka the alpha channel) to transparent.

Thank you for the information.
Currently, I am using .bmp file. I will try your suggestions and update you.
in a bmp the color white (rgb:255,255,255) will be made transparent in the solidworks ui. that's what i use in my macro icons.
I have used .bmp file having size 20x20, 32x32, 40x40, 64x64, 96x96, 128x128 and bit depth 8 with white background, however, in SolidWorks, these icons are not transparent. Is there any other specifications required?
i use 256 Color Bitmap.
It's recommended to use PNG image format for icons so transparency works correctly regardless of the background color (System Options > Colors > Background) or where the icons appear (CommandManager, toolbars, etc).
Thank you. It works when we use icon having gray background.
