I noticed that SW has upgraded its agreement with EAA since I downloaded SW. I followed instructions and uninstalled SW from my computer and filled out the EAA form for newer version but no E-mail with new download?

I noticed that SW has upgraded its agreement with EAA ...
Was is the web link to this information?
Were the instructions from EAA or from SolidWorks?
If From EAA, I suggest you contact them directly and in parallel contact SolidWorks.
I have not looked at EAA website for a few months so I don't know the details of what has changed.
As J. Mather has asked, was this a web link and who was it to (EAA or SolidWorks).
(Please show the link) it will help us help you.
I guess the link is for members only, but you could post a screen capture image...
Download SOLIDWORKS Software/Renew License
but I suspect that only a member or EAA can answer your questions.
FYI: I always use the full copy download method that gives you full install files rather web auto-install.
This way you could have all of the install files secured before you take the drastic measure of uninstalling previous release. (Unless that license was expired anyhow.) You still need your EAA serial number to Activate the license.
You are only installing on one seat, but the key to this technique is you have local copy of the full install files.
