Can't find SWIM - please verify your installation

Okay -
recently upgraded to SWOfficePremium from SWOffice. Now things keep crashing at the end of a FloWorks simulation. I go to download updates (assuming the DVD version of Premium was SPO and wanting everything up to date). I can't find the IM and asks me to "please verify your installation" - BUT HOW?!?!?! I figure I'd do a little looking out here before sticking my head in the sand (read: contacting my VAR).
