Every day when I start SolidWorks, I get a " Check Your System" pop-up in the lower right corner that says something to the effect of "It is strongly recommended that you run the system diagnostics..."
How do I disable this?
Don't use SW
No, it can't turn off.
It SW's way of saying user need certified hardware.
But the Rx can't recognized those and still complain.
I think if you right click on the "Solidworks resource Monitor" icon and click "Dismiss Graphics Notifications" it will stop notifying about non-certified graphics
Thanks. I will give that a try tomorrow.
This seems to have worked for me. I think it's a new thing, because only a few years ago that message was just a permanent 'feature' of my screen.
I had the same issue - so i boosted my virtual memory (lied to the computer) to 64 gb (twice what i have).
And the pop-up disappeared.
The setting is "hidden" in advanced -> advanced settings under the system in control panel.
