Would somebody try running it. It now makes me log in and does nothing but take me to 3Dexperience.
There will be changes made over the next couple of months that will increase the reliability of the SOLIDWORKS RX Diagnostics scan. This will affect new versions and older versions of RX including 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. Stay tuned for future posts from me on this RX topic.
I just ran the Rx and it worked just fine. I am using SWX2019 SP5.0. I should note that on this computer (new in February 2019 and very capable) the Rx would not run on SP3.0 or 4.0. So that is one good thing I get from SP5.0!
Just try, Rx running with 2020 SP0.1
Click "Run System Diagnostic" nothing happen.
It works from start menu. All 3, 2018-2020.
And now the 2018 Rx is stuck running in background.
Time to reboot.
It worked fine for me this morning with SW2019 sp 3.
2018 SP5. Now it seems to work. But for a few minutes it kept making me log into 3dexperience.
