I would like to draw a 3d cable that starts and end with different angled planes in Solidworks 2019.
When I try to do that with "Swept Boss/Base" but end of cables are not in right angle (as you can see in image).
The menu for Swept Boss/Base can be seen below.
How I can draw these cables? Thanks..
It's hard to tell from the angle of your screenshot, but it appears that the end circle is not tangent to the arc.

Start and end of arcs are tangent to the circles (from centers), you can check in on file (I've attached to the question, in addition, I am sorry to forgot to add the part file).
I'm pretty sure Scott Perman is correct, but it's an easy fix. Delete the circle sketches and choose the option shown below for your Sweep.
It gives the same result.. (yellow one is drawn by Circular profile command)
In my opinion, make it a little easier by extending your sweeps past the point that you need them, and then trim them all back at once with a cut extrude, as it looks like all the sweep ends line up and are coplanar.
Yes, maybe this is the correct solution.. In addition, I am curious, isn't there any way in Solidworks that ready to use (like start with this profile, follow this path and end with this profile)?
since there is a profile at the beginning and end of the path you could use a Loft which would accomplish what you are asking for. use the path as the centerline parameter in the loft feature.
