When I drag a sheet with a projected view into a different document the "use parent scale" option on the view changes to "use custom scale" I am not sure why this is being changed or how to prevent it from happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I tried that yesterday actually and the result was the same.
Is this projected view on the same sheet with the parent view, or is it on a sheet by itself?
Same sheet as parent. I am dragging/copying a sheet with a side and front view into a multi sheet drawing file. The side view is the parent the front is the projected.
Sounds like a bug. If it's a big problem you could contact your VAR about submitting it.
More of a minor annoyance I wasn't sure if anyone might have seen and found a workaround to. Thanks for the help though.
Try copying and pasting sheets instead of dragging and dropping. I can't promise it will help, but it's worth a shot.
