How can I find a blank space at the end of a variable using Dispatch

Before check-in, I would like to check, if a certain variable has a space character at the end.

I can define the first comparison, but in the second field, a space will be ignored. I also tried to define a dispatch variable, but the definition has the same problem: a space in the field will be ignored. I have got the same problem checking for a comma. Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this?

Edit: I swapped the picture above. With a small trick I defined a variable and this seems to work to get a variable which contains a space (remark: the counting of the characters in a string begins with 0, not with 1 !):

But the comparison still don't work.
