In the screenshot below, the floating vehicle (rigid subassembly) lifts its front wheels when motion (right to left) starts. After that behaviour varies with settings for Elastic Properties. The wheels may stay up and oscillate or they may drop back to the ground.

I have captured a screen where the key information seems to be shown.

I cannot see what force or couple lifts the wheels in contravention of Newton's observation of God's laws.
