Be sure to download it before a hotfix is issued for it!
A hotfix is a software patch. The last one I am aware of was issued for SWX2016 SP5.0. It came out in April of 2017 (I think) along with SWX2017 SP3.0.
My reference to a hotfix was my snark about the problems that have happened with service packs this year. I had to revert to SP2.0 from both SP3.0 AND 4.0 because one of my computers (brand new in February) had a fatal problem with SWX Rx. I just downloaded SP5.0 yesterday and this seems to be resolved for me, though it was not listed in the fixed SP's. I know that others also had to revert to earlier service packs. I have seen more instances of this and for more different reasons than I have seen in the past, so my confidence in the service packs has been severely downgraded.
