Hi.
I having a strange phenomenon- I have a part 720x50 size.
one time I changed the size from 720x50 to 735x50 and save it.
after a while I changed it back to 720x50 and again save it.
this part is a part from assembly.
now every time I open the assembly and/or the part I see double sizes:
the 720x50 and the 735x50.
the moment I open the extrude sketch, only the 720x50 appears.
but when i close the program and open it again wuth this part the phenomenon happens again.
Please advice.

Do you have any configurations in the part?

Are you doing a Crtl-Q rebuild when you open up your assembly?

Have you restarted your computer lately?

Can you zip the offending part in a zip file and upload to the forum for us to take a look at?

Oren, it sounds to me as if you have two files for the same part and your assembly has links to both. Take a look and make sure all your references are to the right file.

  It may just be a bug in that particular part. I have had a few such parts - where each time I opened an assembly or a drawing referencing it, the part appeared as if some change had not been made. "Rebuild" on assembly/drawing didn't help; I had to open the part itself and do rebuild. I sent one such offending part to my VAR and they were stumped too.
  I know it was a bug and not a referencing error - if I open the part and simply hit "rebuild" or enter the sketch of the erring feature and then exit it - the part corrected automatically. If I then save the part in its correct form, then why should this happen again when I open the assembly next? It's a bug.
  If anyone figures out why this bug occurs, I would be glad to hear ideas. It happens rarely, but is very dangerous to our work process when it does.
