I have bought a DELL Inspiron 7591 2in1, Graaphiccards NVidia Geforce MX250, INTEL UHD.
Is there a way to run SolidWorks properly with my new DELL?

it seems like it isn't compatible... If it isn't compatible or if there aren't workarounds i will not buy SolidWorks.
SolidWorks might work, but there's a good chance you'll end up with graphics problems when using an unsupported card.
Why didn't you check the hardware requirements before spending any money?

I would expect SOLIDWORKS 2020 to run just fine on this machine. Core i7 10th Gen CPU with 2GB GDDR5 Graphics and 16GB DDR4 RAM with a NVMe SSD to boot...
Here is the catch and the reason all Enterprise customers will choose Certified systems >> You will not get high level SOLIDWORKS R&D or Parter R&D support if you have issues specific to this sytem as it is not certified.
