I have created an assembly including many parts and sub-assemblies many of which have 6 configurations.

The problem is that sometimes one of the parts will be shown in dimensions belonging to a wrong configuration, although in feature manager tree the right configuration number is shown. I have to mention that this is not for a specific part. Problem happens for different parts at different times. (Ctrl+q does not solve the problem).

Example:

assembly configurations: 1,2,3,4,5,6   current configuration: 2

part 1 configurations: 1,2,3,4,5,6   current configuration: 2

error: part 1 dimensions belong to its first configuration although in feature manager tree it clearly says part 1 configuration is 2.

I have done many things to solve this problem but I have not been successful. I will be very thankful if anyone can help.

Unfortunately uploading the assembly is not possible because I have to upload the whole project which is not feasible.
