Adjust ordinate jog bend length

I have been trying to find an answer to this, and I cant seem to even find where anyone has asked about it before, except here, with no real answer,

Ordinate Dimensions - leader lengths

So I'm going to ask in a different way!

I want to accomplish the same thing as the OP in that thread, but it doesn't appear that there is a default setting that the user can access to adjust ordinate dimension jog bend lengths. So my question is, can a macro be written to find all of the jogged ordinate dimensions on a print and set them all to some value that is defined in the macro, or possibly even a user query input? I messed around trying to record a macro and modify it to do what I want, but I don't have the knowledge of the coding language and honestly don't have the time to learn it right now. I am buried in work with people breathing down my neck. I deal with a ton of models that have to match customer provided prints to a large extent, that often include huge amounts of ordinate dimensions and several detail and section views. The views end up very close together and things look much cleaner with the jogs tighter. I have created a macro request here,
