After IT re-installed SW2008 sp3.1 on my workstation, the
task scheduler was enabled and has been crashing each night now for
a week. ... turns out the system drive is out of space and the
dissection folders (11,546 of them) have expanded to consume 11.2GB
of the disk space.
Big question I can't find an answer to:
Can I safely delete those dissection folders? These are the folders listed under the user application data folder and named with braces {} surrounding some kind of code number/name for the folders.
Thanks all.
(edit:
Just found out - apparently it IS safe to delete these folders. If anything untoward results, I'll be sure to follow up.

Side note: If 11.2GB caused you to run out of disk space, you need a larger or second disc. You might be surprised how that can improve performance.
