Solidworks doomsday scenarios

I imagine I'm not the only one who needs some sort of technical plan that proves access to all company IP independent of the continued trading of 3rd parties (in this case Solidworks and/or Dessault).

Solidworks std licenses run forever, even after maintenance is stopped. That is as long as Dessault deem to keep their license system live. If they are gone then the SW is orphaned onto the machine it is installed on.

However all the extras that come with SW professional or premium expire if maintenance stops. There is no clarity about what happens to them if maintenance is made unavailable.

I'm also concerned that may data is in PDM standard and that may only run if maintenance is maintained and kept available. So perhaps I need a doomsday plan to extract that data to a windows file system with working links?

So far I have found answers to these questions very difficult to obtain.
