Desire to show a knurled surface on a cylindrical surface, cannon find a tool for that.
I would rather do a knurl than the shape shown, plus knurl the needle part.
Your assembly file shows noting. Assembly file is link with part files therefore assembly file along is useless.

An assembly in SolidWorks (just like in the real world) must include parts.
Attach your *.sldprt files for the *.sldasm.
How are you going to manufacture this part?
The custom practice is to use only a cosmetic texture to represent the knurl.
If you are going to 3D print however, then you might want physical knurl.
..yeah, a sldprt would be much better, I redrew it from a edrawing/stl.. (sldprt attached)
