Finding heat transfer between two solid bodies in an assembly

I have two solid bodies in an assembly which are placed closed to each other in which one body is acting as volume heat source maintained at high temperature at around 130 C and other body is at initial temperature of around 40 C. So there will be heat transfer between two bodies and temperature of second body  will rise. I want find at what temperature this body is stabilized and what is heat transfer rate between two bodies. So do I have to use steady state analysis or transient analysis and can someone tell me how to find heat transfer rate between two bodies I mean what settings we have to make in software in order to get this. I am also planning to design a fin for controlling the temperature of second body so for this I want what is heat transfer between two bodies with this two boundary conditions.

Note: I have considered all three modes ( conduction, convection and radiation ) of heat transfer. I can't share assembly due to IP related issues.
