Solidworks Busy / Slow

Hey everyone,

I am using Solidworks 2019 SP3.

Here are my computer specs:

Intel CPU E51650v4 @ 3.6 GHz

64GB RAM

I know this question has been asked before, but my question is a little different, and I couldn't find any answers to this.

So, every time I am working with large assemblies, it just takes a lot of time to do anything, changing configs ... 20 minutes. changing dimension numbers 10 minutes , etc.

But my CPU, GPU and Memory usage is at minimum. So it confuses me, why is it so slow but it uses less than 10% of it's capabilities ? Is that how it's supposed to be ? Should I change some settings ?I've attached performance pics.
