I'm trying to make a fillet which wraps around the two bodies connecting them.
I've been trying to sweep around a projected curve but that hasn't worked so far. Any ideas?
Looks to me like instead of a boundary feature this should be replaced with an extrude feature, then fillet the edges.
The other option, which wouldn't match the drawing as closely, is to use split line onto each of the cylinder faces, each with it's own profile sketch. Then Loft or Boundary between these 2 faces to get the boss + fillet in 1 type thing. The fillet in some areas of this may end up being equal or close to full round fillet with the extrude as it's base.
Is this what you want? I did not go through your drawing I think if one go through the drawing more perfect work can be done.
Yes this is actually one way I was looking how to do it, thanks! Looking back on the drawing and the physical part I have though, I think Teemu and Alex's way is more accurate to how I need it to be.

Yes it is a simple fillet. I actually was doing my measurements off the physical part I have so that's why you see the differences between the model and drawing. I'm confused as to how you and Alex got it to look like that. I'm somewhat close...

I think you're really over-complicating it. This is what I was able to put together. It doesn't quite match the way the views look in the drawing you posted, however I did use the dimensions from it. This should give you a good idea of what to go for though. This was made with boss-extrudes, a couple revolves, and some fillet features. There isn't any complex boundary boss or loft at all.
(Since I know this is your homework, I will not be posting the part.)
Thanks I think I got it now! I've never used a full face fillet before.
Although you have seemed to arrive at a result that works, I don't think it should require the complexity of a full face fillet. In my model, the shapes overlapped enough so that I could grab an edge to fillet. I'd double check all of your dimensions and even make a print to try to match the one your provided to make sure everything is correct.
What you say is face fillet is possible if you move the slot body little bit inside the other body and combined the two bodies.
That dimension in my document is driven by the outermost distance requirement of 16". I just measured it and it ends up being 2.1".
