Cannot register my product on the customer portal.

I'm trying to register my product on the customer portal web page. I enter my serial number, select my version, select next, and get this screen. If I hit next nothing happens. If I hit refresh nothing happens. If I go back to the home page everything is still locked. I know we have access to this content because there is another user who was able to get it to work. Ive been logging in under his account in order to access this content, but I'm getting tired of switching back and forth. Any ideas?
