I am in the process of searching for a new VAR and am unsure where to start. Our current VAR has been unresponsive on multiple occasions and has not been providing the support I'd like to see.

We are in the New England area and it seems there are not many options outside of some major companies that happen to have locations here. Does anyone have any recommendations for a specific VAR, or on how to do more in-depth research so that I can make a decision that is based on more than who has the best website?
