I have solidworks 2017 and 2019 and in only in the 2019 I am having troubles to save image files.
2019 is not saving nor jpg, png, tif, etc, starts with the solidworks logo and says processing image and gets stuck.
Can anybody help me.

I'm save SW drawing sheets as .png's often with SW2019, and have never had a problem. There must be something wrong with your installation.
