Does anyone have a macro which will change the units and interpret all length dimensions? For example 1 inch would become 1 mm.

Often times users create a model in the default units (inches for example). They make pretty good progress before they realize they are using the wrong units. Creo actually has this built in (see attachment) and I'm a bit surprised Solidworks doesn't. As our company has recently transitioned over from Creo, users are missing this functionality.
