conisio:// Link returning error "Action 'explore' is not supported"

I am trying to use a conisio link for a file but am getting this error:

My link is: conisio://myvault/explore?projectid=5&documentid=9467objecttype=1

I've also tried: conisio://myvault/open?projectid=5&documentid=9467objecttype=1

Any ideas as to why we are recieving this error?

We have also noticed that "Copy Link" from the Right Click Menu feature doesn't work either for us.
