I cant delete parts or assemblies

I am having a trouble with solidworks 2019 sp4, I cant delete parts o assemblies inside the assemblies, please help me.

1. What happens when you try to delete a Part? Do you get an error message, or just nothing happens, or something else?
2. What method are you using to Delete? Right-click and selecting from the tree, or left-click and Delete key?
3. Do you have write access to the files?

  I use keyboard supr, and Right-click and selecting from the tree. And if press escape I can continue moving and opening parts, buts stops without deleting the parts

    Check if your keyboard shortcut delete is set properly

May be the solution of Deepak Gupta, because I had a problem with the registers, I reinstall and the problem do not solve until I delete the registers of that version of solidworks in HKEY_CURRENT_USER.
