What is the simplest way to mate Exhaust pipe together?
In my example I would like Pipe A and Pipe B to be separate pieces that are coped to a perfect fit.
I would try to use weldments and then trim the pieces
As Taylor Duran said, create it as a weldment, but I'd suggest modifying your sketch and remove the radius.
Although I will concur that weldments are the approach, if you want to stay with "regular" operations, then:
Sweep the bent pipe.
Then create a sketch for the left end of the straight pipe, offset from the right end of the bent pipe.
On this sketch, convert entities on the OD only.
Extrude up to next (or to surface) and don't merge.
On the left end of this extrude, start a sketch and convert entities on the ID.
Cut extrude to remove the interior bent portion.
