I have a brand new laptop Dell Inspiron 7786 (17 7000 2-in1) with a graphics card Nvidia GeForce MX250/PCIe/SSE2.
For my study I installed solidworks 2019 student.
With the start up of Solidworks I get an error and the message below. It seems Solidworks don't recognize the System Manufacturer "Dell inc." and System Model "Inspiron 7786". Does somebody know how to get this computer in the Solidworks database?
Only Dell Precision computers are certified for SW, not the home use Inspiron line.

You may get lucky and the software will work but any issues are likely to go unresolved.
We have 50+ computers with Solidworks at my company, none of which show the manufacturer (Lenovo) or the model. SWX is working on some things with the RX tool so maybe this will be part of what they fix.
