Customer portal locked WITH subscription

Hello everyone,

I would like to get acces to the CSWP training courses. But in order to get access, I need to upgrade my account from 'guest' to 'standard'. Now I'm trying to register my solidworks license key to gain acces to all the features, but a message pops up every time that the admin of the subscription needs to assign the product to me in the Admin portal.


Now the funny thing is.. I am already logged with the admin account and the designated product subscription(SW2018) is already assigned to this/my admin account.


What is going on?
