Does anyone have a macro for cycling through configurations?

I have a part file with a design table that generates many configurations.  Some of the table values come from driven dimensions and therefore don't update until the configuration has been updated.  These in turn are cut and pasted into tables on the drawing.  Updating the configurations manually, one by one is very tedious.  I was hoping to automate the process.
