I have a .025 thick plate that I converted to sheet metal, then unfolded.  I created holes that are linked to the thickness.  However, I have some etching that is not linked to the thickness.  When I try to fold back to the bent shape, the fold feature fails because of the etching.  Can Solidworks not refold sheet metal that has cuts at blind depths?  The same thing happens if I split the face.

Can this be refolded or will I have to use configurations to simulate the flat pattern.  We use the flat pattern on our drawings.
