With the forced change, we have bought professional PDM, but its use and its capabilities, especially the interface has not worked for us.
I have been licensed for 2 years but I am not using it.

I have also worked with several PDL-PLM. The level in general is very low if you compare with any search engine or manager of contents.
In fact, the solidworks workgroup interface itself is better.
Integration is much better.
Just by touching a piece, you already mark it on the PDM. 0 click
I have been working with different softwer for many years, the number of clicks to do something is the most critical point. The same SW has it in mind.
What happened to them when they developed EPDM, they forgot about this.
The main advantage of SW is agility, I do not understand how they forgot make softwer, it has all the rest of the SW as an example to do it well.

I have worked with Autodesk Vault, Windchill, DBWorks, SolidWorks Professional PDM and others. In my opinion, SolidWorks PDM has the easiest user interface to follow.
I don't have anything else to recommend to you. Maybe you let the forum know what you have issues with?
