see attachment. We have been having this problem sporadically with several users. We are not set up to clear the cache at reboot or logoff.
Did you check the Cache Options (all folders) for all groups that the user is a member of? Also, you will need to check those settings for the user themselves.
Hi Victor, thanks for the response. The EPDM Admin settings are such that it is not clearing the cache for any users or groups on any of the folders and it is only happening occasionally with this particular user though one or two other users have had their caches cleared on occasion as well.
