This morning I opened a 6 month old file. To my surprise some global variables are duplicated.
How is it possible?
The file was OK the last time I used it.
Thanks for any kind of advice.

Is this a sheet metal part?
SPR: 1026715
A duplicate Global variable is created when a sheet metal part (with a custom property that references the thickness, in the template) is mirrored.

Yes, it's a sheet metal part. But I never mirror a part, because Solidworks can not pack & go a file with mirrored virtual parts (all the references will be missed).
And none of my templates has a reference to thickness.
Thanks for info anyway. I'll take a look at the SPR and will vote on it.
I've seen things like this before..
Did you really name a GV D1?
Looks more like a feature dimension that had ideas above it station to me
