Has anybody ever received the following error when trying to run the benchmark tool in RX? If so how do I go about fixing this issue?
Travis, I have never personally seen that error message before. I would however question what caused the error message.
I would recommend another reboot and prior to running the Benchmark test ensure that all other applications are closed and nothing has opened itself up in the background. You should be able to do this with the standard Ctrl/Alt/Del operation to open your Task Manager, click on Applications and verify that everything is closed/stopped or End Task'd ...
I have rebooted with no other programs running. I have even uninstall and reinstalled SW. Just a fyi I'm on SW 2019 SP3.0.
Travis, I'm running the same here ... SW 2019 SP3.0 ... I'm honestly not sure if it's something they would even deal with but my only remaining suggestion would be to contact your VAR.

Hi, witch windows do you use ? is that a 32 or 64 bits?
Can you run a search in c:\windows folder to see if there is a "kernel32.dll" file.
