Solidworks and parasolid version compatibility?

I'm using Solidworks 2019 and I'm trying to save a file as a parasolid so a customer using Solidworks 2013 can easily open it. My issue is that I don't know what version to save the file as so they can open it and I can't find a reference anywhere. Solidworks help for 2013 provides the following information, "You can import from or export to Parasolid parts or assembly files up to the latest version." I have done a little reading and to my understanding this is only true as of the release date of the Solidworks 2013 software, so what version of parasolid is that? 15? 23? 29? 31? If anyone could provide a little insight as to which version of Solidworks is compatible with which version of parasolid it would be appreciated. In the mean time I guess I will just learn by trial and error.
