Solidworks CAM Network Activation?

If I'm not mistaken SW standard and premium come with Solidworks CAM Standard. When I go to do the addin it says license unavailable. When I look at the licenses on the license server it says we have 5 available but they are all greyed out. 

 

Does this mean they need to be activated on the license server or is there something else I'm missing?
