(Using SW 2019)

I'm working with sheet metal to make a lofted bend of a shape (circle to a rectangle that has filletted corners) but whenever I begin the feature to make a lofted bend it never gives me the option to do bend lines and only makes freeform bends instead. When I flatten the lofted sheet metal it does not show any bend lines as a result.

Is this an issue with Settings, or the two drawings I am lofting?
