Design Checker Save Report not working - Need SWDCReport.xsl

Question asked by Matt Nagy on Aug 2, 2019

When  I select the "Save Report" option in Design Checker, it saves an XML file in a folder, but the XML file is not readable. When I open it in a text editor, I see that it is missing the stylesheet file of SWDCReport.xsl.

The SolidWorks API documentation for method call RunDesignCheck5 shows that the output of saving a design checker report should include both the XML file and the XSL file. How can I get the report to generate an XSL file? Failing that, is a downloadable XSL file available anywhere?

I am on Solidworks 2017. Thanks.
