It seems that SolidWorks is not be registered correctly in Windows.
But it could also be enough to delete the Iconcache in Windows.

Thank you and appreciate everyone for the help! But unfortunately I can't solve the bug. I select always open with the Solid works Launcher but i still have the same.

Try to delete the Iconcache in Windows.
If you have to repair the Installation, remember to disable the Defender (Windows) and to set the UAC to lowest level.
