Matching texture maps from

Hello. I'm trying to import texture maps from but I'm not sure which maps correspond to the different maps in visualize. It seems the map names don't match and i'm not sure what the differences are.


Here is one of the textures i'm trying to import:


Map names in 

  • Albedo 8Bit TIFF
  • Displacement 16Bit TIFF
  • Normalmap 16Bit TIFF
  • Roughness 8Bit TIFF
  • AO 8 Bit TIFF


Map options in Visualize (Generic texture): 

  • Color
  • Specular
  • Alpha
  • Bump

Map options in visualize (PBR)

  • Color
  • Metallic
  • Roughness
  • Alpha
  • Bump



  • the Albedo seems to correspond with color
  • Normalmap corresponds with Bump map
  • These don't have transparency so there are no alpha channels
  • I'm not sure what Displacement, AO (Ambient occlusion??) and roughness correspond to in visualize.


Any help would be appreciated.
