I try to flat middle big two-barrel but it won't happen can someone please help me?,
If you design this as an assembly with multiple parts then you can flatten them individually
ya But I did This way now, please give me any solution?
Not - if you insist doing it your way...
I am bound by time sir, I have to have get this done by today, I am sorry for that, I apologize. Next time I will make by your way. Thanks for your advice.
You don't need to apologize to me, maybe somebody else if you don't get it done
..I can do it tomorrow,... would that help?
Yes sir, that way I can at least I can learn, Thanks for your effort sir.
Parth,.. honestly, there are others here which are much more into Sheetmetal and the feature tools or the hows and whys, especially multibody sheetmetal desig.. and, looking at your model and sketches... you have some issues you should clean up.. such as the sliver body resulting from Cut-Extrude17. also,.. imho (I know it's after the fact).. you can drive this whole model with a single "master layout" sketch (first sketch in the feature tree)... and it easy to do (shown).. that is, taking time to go back the simplify this layout.
Paul Salvador - I really needed this yesterday, tomorrow is sipping tequilas under the palm tree with my toes in the sand holding on to my fishing line watching the boats go up & down the harbor which are going past people walking the boardwalk who are listening to the rag tag band playing some good ole boogy music while a little old lady is shuffling into the coffee shop gawking at some you studs walking out while they are hanging on to some chirpy little chicks about to loose their G strings while doing the twerk, which is what made the seagull hit the deck, plunk.... (now you know the Rest of The Story & I do need it today)
Remember to put on sunscreen and sun glasses,... sounds like a great weekend, enjoy!!

Since you keep revisiting the forum with unfold issues, perhaps it would be wise to examine your current practices and replace them with more efficient methods.
You have 9 bodies, four of which don't unfold. Why travel so far down the same road before checking?
I try changing the shape of cut from curved to square and in square-cut, Barrel has successfully flatten, but Not in curved cut. I try normal cut and without normal cut still Barrel won't flatten.

Another thing to try is to cut one half of the part and see how the cut operation goes, does it flatten?
If so, then mirror the cut operation for the other side.
This workflow may make SW happier.
It works well sir, thank you so much. Everyday, I learn something new from you, I appreciate you Sir.
